you know, even that was over my head. i dont know anything about computers...exept how to use it... idont even know was a 'ram' is

So when they sey flow, do they mean a flip flop, as in a D latch?

A flop is "Floating operations per second". It is basically the speed of a computer. So tera is Trillion, so a tera flop is a trillion floating operations per second which is quite fast. But still peanuts compared to our own brain.
