by the way, what is a 'tera flop'?
A flop is "Floating operations per second". It is basically the speed of a computer. So tera is Trillion, so a tera flop is a trillion floating operations per second which is quite fast. But still peanuts compared to our own brain.

Very. Still though, as was noted, it's got nothing on the machinery of our brain.
