Yes, Flew is quite far from becoming a Christian. As a former atheist myself, it seemed much easier to become a deist than to become a Christian. Looking back, I think there is much more spiritual warfare involved in the latter decision. Satan doesn't want to give up his own easily.

I have a very old T-shirt that Reasons To Believe used to produce that has huge writing on the front and back. It gets some conversation. However, the ones with the small logo and text over the pocket get no response at all. So, I sort of favor the "in your face" approach.

I also read that Josephus identified the Nile as the Gihon. However, it seems to be flowing in the wrong direction.

I ordered one from Cafe Press. It looked good, but the cost was too high. I have begun to look for a cheaper printer and hopefully one that allows printing on both sides.

I think the oil was there long before Adam arrived. Apparently, there was lots of it before the flood, when Noah coated his boat with some of it (the pitch). A new study shows that manipulation of a belief in determinism (an atheistic belief) adversely affects morality (as measured by cheating behavior). Who says atheism doesn't affect moral choices?
