Birds created BEFORE reptiles???
In The Literal Interpretation of the Genesis One Creation Account , chronology is very important. For example, the universe was obviously created first because Gen 1:1 says "...God created the heavens and the Earth," which is chronologically accurate. But I'm having issues with a big fat p...

Hmm, I'm unfamiliar with that particular article; only"Where Did Cain Get His Wife?" and "Adam, Eve, and Incest?". BTW I only mean that the anti-gay advocates shouldn't cite the incest law as an argument.

All passages in Leviticus are completed and have fulfilled their purpose since the death and resurrection of Christ. Half of the NT is about that fact. Also, Leviticus and the Law was directed to the Israelites. Are you a Jew? This does not mean we cannot glean moral values from Leviticus when othe...

Ditto. This is why I pray for you. I used to be just like you. Just let it go, for God's sake. The Bible is not anti gay. Reading the Bible should not be like looking at a cloud and seeing whatever you want to see. It should be based on sound doctrine, not artificial flakey doctrine. I have provided...

Call me crazy, but I'm getting the feeling that I'm in the presence of some open minded people, so I'll give this a shot. I have made these arguments before. You'll probably see them posted a few times on this forum, but here they are: All passages in Leviticus are completed and have fulfilled their...

Re: Hate the thing they are
The reason is because they are homosexuals and by attacking other homosexuals makes them feel less of a homosexual themselves. :? Ok then, attacking me personally won't get us anywhere, I have to agree with IRQ on that point, but as a former homophobe myself I have to say that Goodbrother is dead o...

Neanderthals??
The little info on the Neanderthals on this site makes me a little confused. So far from the slide on origins of man (way too advanced for me) I see that the Neanderthals were only very intellegent bipedal apes. Tons of questions immediately pop up when I here that. Like, does that mean that they li...

The funnier side of the Rapture
Here's a neat piece on the Rapture from the Daily Show:

Thought some might like it; I also like their weekly "This Week in God" bits.

A personal question: IF the End Times are not near, or even if they've already been fulfilled, as preterism suggests, what would it take for you guys to consider preterism as a possibility? I like many believed the End Times were near, but it was the hyper-speculation that frustrated me (such as Ron...

...in a way, yeah, Christianity was a lot like a throwback to an earlier, less legalistic period of Jewish history. Amen! I've read things about the status of women in Jewish culture of the time and it amazes me that some are so ignorant to call Paul, of all people, a sexist. Sadly, the radical vie...
